We ship sheets from our standard range in 2 mm / 250 g within 2–3 business days after ordering. For larger quantities, we recommend contacting us in advance.
What is the minimum order quantity? +
The minimum order quantity is normally two pallets. Please send us an inquiry for detailed information.
Which product size is standard in France? +
In France, 2500 × 1200 mm sheets in 2 mm / 250 g and 3.5 mm / 600 g are produced regularly. The usual lead time is 4–5 weeks.
Can I order sheets in other sizes and weights? +
Yes. We manufacture custom versions with thicknesses of 2–5 mm and basis weights of 250–1500 g/m². Depending on the specifications, the lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks.
What is the difference between the standard products? +
The difference lies in the material thickness and weight per square metre. Thinner sheets are lighter and more flexible. Versions with 600 or 800 g/m² provide greater stability and protection.
Are the sheets recyclable and what certifications are available? +
The tested 250 g version is classified as B-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1, while the tested 800 g version is classified as B-s2,d0. Other versions are assessed on a project-specific basis. The PP mono-material is generally recyclable; actual recycling depends on the local collection and recycling system. The production site is ISO 9001 certified. Detailed documentation is available upon specific request.
Is Ti-Board the same as T-BOARD? +
The spelling Ti-Board is occasionally used when searching for T-BOARD. T-BOARD stands for our flame-retardant polypropylene hollow-chamber sheets for applications including shipbuilding, interior fit-out, and floor and wall protection.
